Beate Parra

Beate Parra is the Managing Director and Head of Legal at UniCredit, where Beate manages the Legal Department of the US branch of a European Bank, handling various transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters in the Americas. With extensive experience in the legal field, including roles at Fitch Ratings, MUFG, J.P Morgan Chase & Co., and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, Beate has a strong background in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and international legal advisory. Beate also has experience in teaching as an Assistant Clinical Professor and has clerked at the U.S. Court of International Trade.
