Gianpaolo Alessandro

Gianpaolo Alessandro serves as General Counsel and Co-Head of Group Legal at UniCredit since September 2013, also overseeing Corporate Affairs and the Board Secretary's Office. Previously, Gianpaolo held the position of General Counsel for GE Capital Italy from August 2009 to September 2013. Prior experience includes leading legal operations at Borsa Italiana - London Stock Exchange, MTS S.p.A., and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, as well as working as a lawyer at Credit Suisse First Boston. Gianpaolo's legal career began as an associate at Mondini Rusconi Law Firm. Educational qualifications include a JD in Law from Università degli Studi di Milano and an LLM in Law from the University of Westminster, complemented by a Maturità Classica in Humanistic studies.
