Valentina Perego

Valentina Perego is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience at UniCredit, currently serving as the Head of People & Culture for UniCredit Leasing and UCLAM since March 2019. Valentina has held multiple senior HR roles, including Senior HR Business Partner positions in both Corporate and Private Banking. Prior to the current role, Valentina contributed significantly to HR coordination and monitoring across various functions from 2006 to 2018, developing customized HR processes and managing talent development initiatives within UniCredit Management Consultancy. Valentina began the professional journey in the Chairman's Office and Customer Care at UniCredit from 2004 to 2005. An academic background includes a Laurea in Mediazione Linguistica e Culturale from Politecnico delle Lingue, complemented by an Erasmus program at Universität Heidelberg.
