Alexandre Rodrigues

Alexandre Rodrigues has a wealth of experience in various managerial roles in the supply chain and operations field. Alexandre has worked as the COO/Executive Operations Director at Unidas since October 2022, overseeing a vast range of areas and managing a large team. Prior to that, they held a similar position at Ouro Verde from April 2015. Alexandre also has experience as a General Manager of Business Unit at Votorantim, a Supply Chain Director at Flora - J&F S/A, and various managerial positions at Anheuser-Busch InBev, including Plant Manager and Logistics Manager. Additionally, Alexandre has been a member at IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa since March 2022.

Alexandre Rodrigues has an extensive education history focused on business and leadership. Alexandre obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Analysis from ABEU in 1998. Alexandre furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management and Logistics from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2003. Alexandre also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Ibmec in 2008 and an Executive MBA from BSP - Business School São Paulo in the same year. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Global Leadership from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in 2008. Alexandre has obtained various certifications, including a Board Member Program from IBGC - Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa in 2022, and certifications in TPM and Leadership Behavior, Leadership and Coaching, and Motivation and Effective Leadership from different institutions in 2010.
