Monica Tamba

Monica Tamba has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Recruiting and Placement at Unidata since 2022. Prior to this role, Monica worked at Thaos Srl from 2012 to 2022 as the Responsabile Risorse Umane, and previously held the position of Responsabile Selezione at EXAGILE from 2009 to 2012. Early career experience includes working as Addetta Selezione at Spazio ZeroUno from 2001 to 2009. Monica Tamba holds a Laurea in Giurisprudenza from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and a Diploma di Maturità Classica from Istituto Massimo.
