*this role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London or Nottingham) on occasion.

The role in a nutshell

The Production Delivery Manager works to ensure the team’s delivery success and improve the output quality, primarily by helping to identify and especially remove impediments that impact the team’s ability to deliver.

Day to day responsibilities 

Team prioritization:

  • Identify Production team priorities ahead of daily Production Specialist stand-ups based on backlog requests, SLA and feedback from the Commercial Delivery Manager
  • Ensure the team is aligned with objectives and can handle priority tasks efficiently
  • Where we are at risk of missing SLA allocate new cases to the team, aligning with Managing Producers.
  • Ensure timely assignment of Production Specialists to cases with Marketing within 4 hours, and that media inventory is booked within the same timeframe (provided no additional commercial/partner feedback or dates are required from partners)

Collaboration and Resolution:

  • Use Salesforce reporting to identify cases that are blocked or at risk of missing deadlines
  • Proactively allocate resources to address these issues
  • Work closely with Production Specialists, Marketing & Commercial Delivery Manager

Escalation Management: 

  • Act as the primary escalation point for the Production team to address issues swiftly and effectively

Case Monitoring and Follow-up:

  • Monitor cases that are pending feedback or require future action, such as proof of delivery, to ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
  • Communicate any potential delays or issues to relevant stakeholders promptly.

Quality Assurance (QA) and Process Improvement:

  • Identify QA trends and propose strategies to address these trends to prevent recurrence in the future 
  • Work with the team to implement best practices for enhanced efficiency and quality.

What we need from you

    • 2+ years in a Client Service or Project Management role where you have demonstrated the ability to successfully manage the delivery of service at scale, through organizing/leveraging other internal teams.
    • Experience working in a structured client services meth using ticketing systems ie: Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk, etc to monitor the status of internal and external requests and communicate with stakeholders.
    • Prior experience of using Salesforce would be highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated excellent internal and external stakeholder communication and management skills with the ability to build trust and confidence.

    Success metrics:

    • % of Launch / Perk / Change requests delivered on an agreed deadline.
    • % error rate on tactical campaigns.
    • % error rate on media collateral delivered to the Marketing Team.
