Tim Caughley has extensive experience in the field of disarmament, humanitarian affairs, and international law. As Chair of the International Humanitarian Law Committee and Senior Fellow at UNIDIR, Tim provides advice, analysis, and research on disarmament issues. Tim has also served as a consultant, ambassador for the New Zealand Government, and director at the United Nations. With a degree in Law and Politics from Victoria University of Wellington, Tim is well-versed in international legal matters.
