Alissa Pavia

Alissa Pavia currently serves as a Junior Fellow for Italy at The Aspen Institute and holds the position of Associate Director at the Atlantic Council, where responsibilities include authoring policy papers, delivering expert talks, and leading the North Africa Program's expansion. Pavia's experience extends to roles as an Analyst at Gulf State Analytics, a Research Assistant at the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, and an intern at UNICRI, focusing on drug control and crime prevention efforts. Pavia has previously worked as a Research Assistant with the Agency for Peacebuilding and as an EU Affairs Officer at AJC Transatlantic Institute. The educational background includes a Master's degree from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a Laurea breve from Università degli Studi di Milano.
