Greg Sigmon

SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Unifi

Mr. Sigmon is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Unifi, positions he has held since 2020. In his role, Mr. Sigmon is a strategic advisor to the Company’s Executive Officers and Board of Directors, and he serves as the chief legal officer of Unifi, overseeing all aspects of the Company’s legal affairs, including: corporate governance, securities, transactional matters, intellectual property, litigation, and general corporate compliance, among others.

Before joining Unifi, Mr. Sigmon most recently served as Vice President in the legal department of BB&T Corporation in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where he was a graduate of the Company’s Leadership Development Program. He worked closely with leadership from BB&T Corporation and SunTrust Banks, Inc. on the landmark merger of equals that created Truist Financial Corporation.

Mr. Sigmon received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law, during which time he worked as an Honors Program Extern at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C. He received his undergraduate degrees in Economics from the University of North Carolina and in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Mr. Sigmon is a member of the North Carolina State Bar.
