Chad Smith has a diverse work experience. Chad started their career in 1993 as a Store Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement and later became Store Director at Circuit City in 2003. From 2009 to 2015, they worked as the Corporate Human Resource Manager at Kalkreuth Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. In 2015, they joined Unified Bank as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Simultaneously, they also held the same position at The Citizens Savings Bank from 2015 to 2023. Additionally, Chad has a background in music as a live performance Country drummer with recording experience, appearing in the video for the 2009 Grammy award-winning song "Letter To Me."
Chad Smith earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management from West Liberty University from 1989 to 1993.
