Johnny Ryan Weaver has a wealth of work experience in the esports industry. In 2019, they began working as the COO of the Oklahoma HS Esports League. In 2021, they became the Esports Tournaments Lead for Unified, a role that involved traveling across the US and awarding over $200,000 a year in prizing.
