Jennifer McAninch has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2009 when they worked as a Commercial Loan Specialist and Audit Specialist at TD. In 2014, they moved to Merchants Fleet Management where they worked as a Fleet Acquisition Administrator. In 2015, they began working at MadgeTech, Inc. as a Junior Staff Accountant, and at the same time began working at Merchants Fleet in various roles, such as Financial Operations, Supervisor - Mobility Contract Management, Fleet Operations - Payoff Manager, and Fleet Operations - Payoff Team Lead. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as a Project Manager at Unified Office, Inc.

Jennifer McAninch began their educational journey at Plymouth State University from 2000 to 2001, where they studied Mathematics Teacher Education. From 2006 to 2014, they attended NHTI, Concord's Community College, studying Accounting. Jennifer then earned an Associate's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2018.
