Kim Couch

Kim Couch has been with Unified Technologies since June 2009, where they currently hold the positions of VP of Operations and COO. Prior to this, Kim worked at US Voice and Data for 16 years as a Technician. Kim obtained an associate's degree in Electronics from rets electronics in 1993. Additionally, Kim is a Shoretel Advanced Certified Engineer in IPBX, Contact Center, and Mobility.
