Kacey S.

Kacey S. has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 2008 at the Langham Hotel in Hong Kong, where they worked in Marketing Communications. Kacey then worked as a Guest Service Agent at Quest World Square in Sydney from 2011 to 2012. Kacey then joined the Marriott group, starting as a Room Operations Voyager at the Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel in 2012 and progressing to roles such as Duty Manager and At Your Service Manager. In 2016, they moved to JW Marriott, where they served as the Assistant Front Office Manager and later as the At Your Service Manager. Kacey continued their career as a Front Office Manager at the Grand Park Orchard in 2020 before joining Dorsett Singapore in the same role. Kacey is currently working at Unifocus as the Director of Operations APAC.

Kacey S. completed their education with a Diploma in Tourism and Resort Management from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which they obtained between 2006 and 2009. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Marketing from UNSW from 2010 to 2012.
