Shubham Gupta has extensive work experience in the field of IT administration and support. Shubham is currently working as an IT Administrator at UniFocus since May 2022. Before that, they worked as an IT Executive at Shyam Steel Industries Limited from May 2021 to October 2021. Shubham also held the position of Junior Executive- Information Technology at Lifestyle International Pvt Ltd from July 2018 to May 2021. In addition, they worked as a Desktop Support Engineer L2 at Progressive Infotech Pvt. Ltd. in 2018 and at Vayam Info Solutions Pvt Ltd from September 2015 to July 2017. Shubham also worked as a Remote Support Engineer at Teamlease Services Limited from July 2017 to December 2017.

Shubham Gupta completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Hindi from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur from 2012 to 2015. Shubham also obtained their 12th degree from Up Board during the same period, with a focus on Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Prior to that, they completed their 10th degree in Mathematics from Shree Jagadamba Vidya Mandir Haigher Secondary School between 2008 and 2010.
