Vishruti Arora

Vishruti Arora has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Vishruti currently holds a position as Vice President - People & Culture at Unifocus since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Manager - Human Resources at REA India from July 2019 to July 2022.

Before joining REA India, Vishruti worked as an HR Business Partner at Vestergaard from January 2017 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with organizational strategies. Vishruti also oversaw talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR information systems (HRIS), and financial planning of the department. Additionally, they played a key role in formulating and implementing new HR initiatives globally.

Vishruti's previous experience includes working as a Senior Manager Human Resources at PropTiger.com from May 2015 to January 2017. In this role, they focused on designing and developing talent engagement frameworks, goal setting, performance management processes, and formulation and implementation of policies and processes.

Vishruti also worked at CNH Industrial as a Human Resource Business Manager from August 2013 to April 2015. In this position, Vishruti contributed to the design and development of HR initiatives in support of the overall HR strategy for the business unit they were responsible for. Vishruti advised on employee relations matters, organization structure, compensation, staffing norms, and played a crucial role in driving people productivity and business performance.

Vishruti started their career at NIIT Limited as an Assistant Manager, where they worked from July 2009 to July 2013.

With their extensive experience in various HR roles, Vishruti has developed a strong expertise in people and culture management, talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, and HR strategy implementation.

Vishruti Arora has a strong education background in business management and human resource management. Vishruti obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in business management from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, attending from 2006 to 2009. In 2011 and 2012, Vishruti pursued a PGD (Post Graduate Diploma) in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad.

In addition to their formal education, Vishruti has also obtained additional certifications. In April 2017, they obtained a certification in Predictive Index from The Predictive Index institution. In May 2006, they obtained a certification in Software Engineering from NIIT Limited.
