Kevin Oates has over 15 years of experience at Unifrax, serving in various senior roles including Maintenance Manager and currently Engineering Manager, overseeing Maintenance and Process Improvement for a £10 million capital manufacturing plant in the automotive sector. Alongside responsibilities for Planned Preventive Maintenance and troubleshooting, Kevin also has previous experience as Technical Manager at Mainetti, where management of a department contributed to a £12 million turnover. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering and a High School Diploma in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Staffordshire.
