Kris Dayton

Kris Dayton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Unify Consulting since 2020, Kris leads a team focused on delivering innovative solutions to complex client challenges. Prior to this role, Kris spent over a decade at Accenture, progressing from Management Consultant to Product Management Consulting Executive, where initiatives included driving agile product development and optimizing strategies based on customer and partner feedback.
