Elías Saavedra Giménez has extensive work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Elías began their career at Dragenopharm Apotheker Pueschl GmbH as a QA Technician, where they were responsible for quality assurance and validation. Elías then joined Johnson & Johnson, where they held multiple positions, including Engineering, Maintenance & EHS Manager, and EMEA MAKE EXCELLENCE Project Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for leading regional projects, implementing cost initiatives, and managing engineering projects and maintenance. In 2018, Elías joined mark'ennovy Personalized Care SL as the Group Operations Director. Currently, they are employed at Unilabs, where they serve as the Head of Operations for Western Europe & LATAM and the Chief Operations Officer for Unilabs Spain.
