Carl Montante

Carl Montante is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and strategic initiatives, currently serving as Co-Founder of HANSA workspace since September 2020. Montante has held the position of VP of Marketing and Strategic Initiatives at Uniland Development Company since October 1992, contributing to the development of over 12 million square feet of commercial real estate. Additional involvement includes roles as a Primary Member of NAIOP since January 2000 and a Full Member of the Urban Land Institute since January 1990.
