Steve Goldman is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in packaging and manufacturing processes, currently serving as the Collaborative Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Beauty & Wellness and Personal Care at Unilever since April 2008. Goldman's expertise encompasses support for packaging technology and automation across multiple North American sites, as well as the development of innovative projects such as the Digital Industrial Sandbox in Chicago. Previous roles include positions as Packaging Manager for North America Bars and Deodorants, where Goldman led significant cost-saving initiatives and technology transitions. Before Unilever, Goldman contributed to operational excellence at Newell Rubbermaid and held a Senior Project Engineer position at Esselte Group, overseeing substantial capital projects.
