Nicola Shoeten-Sack

Nicola Shoeten-Sack currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for both Stelling Properties and Unilife since April 2022, following a prior role as HR Manager and HR Lead for North during the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Royal Mail and Entrust, where responsibilities included managing HR agendas in complex unionised environments. Additionally, Nicola has held various HR positions at The Hyde Group, Simplify Business Limited, BT, and Aon, with a focus on operational excellence, employee relations, and HR consultancy. Nicola's academic achievements include a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Cumbria and an MCIPD in Human Resources Management from the University of Portsmouth.
