Abdelatif Agourame currently serves as Responsable contrôle qualité at SODIAS-AMAPEX since 2019 and has held a position at Unimer Group since 2017, focusing on quality, hygiene, sealing, sterilization, laboratory processes, and storage. Abdelatif is an alumnus of the Institut spécialisé de technologie appliqué Agadir, where a degree in agro-food technology, specializing in food preservation, quality, hygiene, and agro-food safety was earned between 2016 and 2018. Additionally, training in Global Food Safety covering BRC standards, HACCP, traceability, workplace health and safety, and hygiene has been completed.
