Rajeev Pananghat's work experience includes being a Co-founder and CEO for Enterprise Solutions at UniMity Solutions Private Limited starting in June 2019. Rajeev is also a Co-founder, COO & CTO at the same company since July 2013. Prior to that, they were a Vice President at UniMity Solutions from November 2010 until July 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Lead IT Consultant (Part-time) at HCL TalentCare from November 2014 to July 2015. Rajeev also served as a Vice President at NetLink Technologies Ltd. (Part of Deccan Chronicle Holdings Ltd.) from October 2006 to October 2010.
Rajeev Pananghat completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Calicut University between 1988 and 1991. Following that, they pursued further education at NIIT from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an Advanced Diploma in System Management (ADSM) with a focus on Information Technology (IT).
