Jishma's career began as a Data Entry Operator at Infoshree from November 2015 to January 2017. In terms of education, Jishma holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Indira Gandhi National Open University, along with a Diploma in Indian and Foreign Accounting from G-TEC Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from The Cochin College.
