Klotilda Lila

Klotilda Lila is an experienced professional in the fields of human resources and sales, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Human Resources at Union Bank Albania since May 2019. Previously, Klotilda held the position of Director of Sales Department at Çelësi Media Group from May 2018 to January 2019. Klotilda has also served as Training & Development Manager and Training Coordinator in the Human Resources and Sales divisions at Plus Communication from June 2013 to March 2018 and from 2010 to 2013, respectively. Additionally, Klotilda worked as a Shop Manager at both Albanian Mobile Communications and Vodafone from 2002 to 2010. Klotilda holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from ISSAT and a combined Bachelor and Master Degree in Geology/Earth Science from the Politechnic University of Tirana.
