Jeff Kushner

Jeff Kushner is currently an advisor at Union Capital Boston. Prior to this, they worked at GRIT (Global Research Innovation and Technology), Prospect Hill Academy Charter School, and Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government. At Harvard, they advised graduate students on a range of career questions, including how to make a career transition, what their personal competitive advantages were, networking skills, and how to grow a social venture. Jeff also served on the board of directors for Social Venture Partners Boston, where they were part of a group that doubled the membership of the organization while expanding diversity and market presence. In addition to their work with Social Venture Partners, they also provided consulting services to NGO's in the areas of strategy, development, finance, and governance.

Jeff Kushner received a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BA in Jeff'story from University at Albany, SUNY.
