Gwen Pulvirent

Gwen Pulvirent, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Director of Employee Relations at Union College, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Gwen was a Human Resources Business Partner at Restaurant Technologies and Associate Director of HR at Union College, contributing significantly to HR functions in both positions. Gwen's experience encompasses a range of roles including HR Generalist at CapitalCare Medical Group and Anthem Health Services, where strategic HR initiatives were implemented in challenging organizational environments. Previous positions also include managing HR for CAARS and serving as Operations Manager/HR Leader at Topaz Technologies, where emphasis was placed on employee lifecycle management. Gwen holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Berks.
