Denise Spadotto

Denise Spadotto has extensive experience in contract management, engineering, and operations within Union Gas since May 1991, culminating in the role of Manager, Contract Management Conformance, where procedures for contract management and administration were developed to ensure compliance with company policy. Previous positions include Manager of Pipeline Engineering, focusing on engineering design, pipeline integrity processes, and technical ratification, as well as Senior Advisor for Operations Management System, where a comprehensive management system was implemented in alignment with international standards. Also, Denise led significant programs as Distribution System Development Support & Administration Manager, overseeing a major construction alliance and budgeting processes. Additional managerial roles encompassed overseeing utility services, quality assurance, and project management for pipeline projects. Denise is an active member of Rotary International and holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor.
