Lenka Tvaruzkova

Lenka Tvaruzkova has an extensive background in the coffee industry, currently serving as Lab Manager (Quality Control) and Senior Barista Trainer at Union Hand-Roasted Coffee since July 2019, where responsibilities include quality control and barista training. Previously, Lenka was Coffee QC Manager at Soho House & Co from October 2018 to July 2019, focusing on coffee operations and barista training. Prior roles include Training Manager and Barista Trainer at Department Of Coffee and Social Affairs, alongside experience as a barista at Goodge Street Espresso and role as Line Chef at wagamama. Lenka's culinary journey began as a Junior Chef at THE PACIFICO GROUP LTD and Office Manager at Previa CR. Lenka holds an MSc in Environmental Health from Middlesex University and a BSc in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Charles University.
