Ravee P Rao

Ravee P Rao has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years in the insurance industry. Ravee P started their career as a Branch Manager at LIC in 1999 and worked there until 2003. Ravee P then joined Birla Sun Life Insurance as a Senior Manager from 2003 to 2005. Their next role was at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Limited, where they served as a Senior Manager from 2005 to 2006. Ravee P briefly worked as a Development Manager at Bharti Axa Life Insurance in 2006.

From 2006 to 2019, Ravee held a significant role at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co Ltd as a Senior Vice President. Ravee P led a cross-functional team and successfully delivered critical process integration projects for large bancassurance partners and institutional partners. Ravee P was responsible for integrating life and non-life processes with partner's core banking systems, resulting in real-time policy issuance, streamlined customer communications, and improved customer experience. Ravee P also managed branch operations, customer services, underwriting, claims, group functions, functional UAT, and operational risk management.

In 2019, Ravee joined National Life & General Insurance Company SAOG as the Country Manager for the UAE, where they served until 2020. Currently, they are working at Union Insurance as part of the Life Operations team.

Ravee P Rao's education history begins in 1986 when they attended Sambalpur University. From 1986 to 1989, Ravee pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree with a focus in Mathematics. In 2012, they enrolled in the Life Management Institute and obtained a degree in CS (specific field of study unspecified). In the same year, Ravee also attended the Life Management Institute, completing a Fellow of Life Management Institute program from 2012 to 2014.
