Tatiana Sykorova

Tatiana Sykorova is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management, strategy, and development. Currently serving as HR Director at Union poisťovňa a.s. and Union zdravotná poisťovňa a.s. since June 2017, Tatiana has also taken on the role of Mentor at Femme Palette since June 2024. Previous positions include HR Manager at Adecco and McROY Group, and HR Manager at Trenkwalder, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR consulting. Tatiana began a career as a HRS Senior Consultant and Project Manager at PwC, contributing to significant HR projects, and has held various roles in companies such as Zapadoslovenska energetika, Hewlett-Packard Slovakia, and Panasonic Slovakia. Tatiana holds an Ing. degree in Economics from Univerzita Mateja Bela v Banskej Bystrici.
