Tim Dixon currently serves as a Line Cook at Union Square Hospitality Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Tim completed a three-month internship at Butler and the Board, where skills in charcuterie techniques, recipe development, curing, fermenting procedures, butchery, and kitchen maintenance were honed under the mentorship of Chef Jeff Butler. Tim's earlier professional experience includes working as a National Account Manager at IRIS USA, Inc. from February 2020 to October 2021 and as a Salesman at Lifetime Brands/Syratech Corp. from August 2007 to May 2019. Tim holds an education in culinary arts from the Institute of Culinary Education and attended UMass Boston from 2005 to 2007, as well as Loomis Chaffee.
