Doyle Schaefers has a diverse work experience. Doyle started their career in the United States Marine Corps as a Calibration and Repair Technician, where they served for three years and received commendations for their performance. After that, they worked as a Communications Specialist at the Department of Justice, FBOP, where they were responsible for installing and maintaining security and communications systems. Following that, they joined Public Communications Services, Inc. and held various roles, including Director of Operations and Vice President Operations, where they oversaw product development, network engineering, project operations, and customer service. Later on, they became the Chief Technology Officer at the same company and was responsible for transforming IT operations. Doyle also worked at Union Supply Company as the Chief Technology Officer, where they developed a new digital media program and built external technology capabilities. Throughout their career, Schaefers has demonstrated leadership abilities and expertise in technology development and operations.

Doyle Schaefers attended the California State University-Long Beach - College of Business from 1996 to 2000. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
