Janvi Ashar

Janvi Ashar currently serves as the General Manager of Human Resources at Unipath Specialty Laboratory Limited in India since October 2023. Prior to this role, Janvi was the Head of Human Resources at Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. from March 2022 to September 2023. Janvi's extensive experience includes various positions at Abbott from May 2013 to February 2022, culminating in the role of Senior Manager for Business HR focused on Consumer Sales and Supply Chain, along with earlier managerial positions in Business HR and HR Operations. Janvi also gained experience at Deloitte as an Analyst in Talent Acquisition and Mobility from June 2011 to April 2013 and has held internship positions at Sila Solutions Group, LBi, Future Group India, as well as starting out as a Recruitment Executive at Contactx Resource Management. Educationally, Janvi completed an Executive Development Program in HR Analytics at XLRI Jamshedpur in 2021 and holds an eMBA in HR from Mumbai Educational Trust, along with a Bachelor of Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
