Caroline Burton is an experienced marketing professional with a career spanning over two decades in prominent roles within various companies. Currently, Caroline serves as the Head of Retail Marketing at Uniphar Supply Chain & Retail since March 2022. Prior to this, Caroline held the position of Head of Marketing at The Maxol Group from May 2017 to March 2022 and served as Marketing Manager at Dr. Oetker from March 2011 to May 2017. Earlier experience includes roles at Nestlé as Brand Manager and Activation Manager, Brand Development Manager at Edward Dillon & Co. Ltd, and brand management positions at Diageo and Heineken. Caroline's educational background includes a Master of Business Studies in Marketing from Smurfit School of Business (UCD) and a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute of Ireland.
