Alison Young Mbpss

Alison Young MBPsS serves as the VP of Professional Services & Delivery Operations for Europe at Uniphore since January 2023. Prior to this role, Young was the Chief Operating Officer at Red Box from August 2018 to May 2023 and held the position of Director at Sollus Ltd from October 2014 to July 2018, where key clients included Red Box Voice, the Department for Work and Pensions, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Young's earlier experience includes various leadership roles at Focus Solutions Group Ltd, focusing on product management and operational development, with significant achievements in scaling business models and integrating systems post-acquisition by Standard Life. Young co-founded The Coaching Platform Ltd, a recognized consultancy in financial services compliance, after a career that began at NWS Bank and included positions in training and development with Lloyds Bank and Clerical Medical. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology from Coventry University and a BA (Hons) in Commerce & French from Edinburgh Napier University.
