Shwetha Shankar

Shwetha Shankar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager- People & Culture at Uniqode since February 2024, Shwetha previously held significant positions at Hubilo, including Senior Manager- Strategic HRBP & OD, where responsibilities encompassed change management and strategic business partnering. Prior experience includes roles at Kelsa Solutions as Senior Consultant, at Larsen & Toubro as Assistant Manager - HR managing performance and engagement for the Africa business unit, and at Jouve as Manager- HR overseeing end-to-end HR functions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology from Christ University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Women's Christian College. Shwetha's diverse background also includes teaching and research, notably developing a stigma assessment scale for epilepsy during a role as Research Assistant at Voluntary Health Services.
