Gary Mertz, SHRM-SCP, CSC has a diverse and extensive work experience. Gary is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Unique Fabricating since April 2023. Prior to this, they held several roles at Unique Fabricating including Senior Manager of Learning and Development, Senior Manager of Learning and Development, and Manager of Learning and Development. In these roles, they were responsible for the design, coordination, and delivery of leadership and personal development training for employees across North America.

Before joining Unique Fabricating, Gary worked at Employers Resource Association (ERA) as the Director of Learning & Development and Executive Coaching from October 2019 to January 2021. Gary also served as a Learning and Development Consultant and Senior Learning and Development Consultant at ERA.
