Kristina Wilson

Kristina Wilson has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Kristina currently holds the position of Senior Director of Global Quality Operations at uniQure since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Takeda, where they held various roles including Director of QC from October 2021 to January 2023, Director of QA Material Control & Release from January 2020 to October 2021, and Associate Director of MFG QA Operations from January 2019 to January 2020.

Before joining Takeda, Kristina worked at Shire as an Associate Director of Reliability & Compliance from September 2016 to January 2019, Manager of Facilities & Engineering from January 2015 to September 2016, and Senior Facilities Engineer from September 2013 to January 2015.

Their earlier experience includes working at Azzur Group as a Validation Engineer II from May 2013 to January 2015, at ADVENT Engineering Services, Inc. as a Process Engineer from November 2012 to May 2013, at MilliporeSigma as a Water Purification Analyst from August 2011 to November 2012, and at Stevens Institute of Technology as a Cell Biology Research Assistant from May 2008 to April 2011.

Kristina also briefly worked at Reckitt Benckiser as a Research and Development Specialist from June 2010 to August 2010.

Kristina Wilson holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Kristina also has a Master of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Biology with a minor in Pre-Law & Public Policy, both from Stevens Institute of Technology. Additionally, Kristina Wilson has an Executive Certificate in Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Certificate in Fundamentals of Bioprocessing for Engineers from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
