Sharon Brower

Sharon Brower, CQA has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to quality operations, training, and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Global Quality Operations at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies, where they are responsible for overseeing GxP Training, Risk Management, Document Management Services, and Quality Systems on a global scale.

Prior to their current role, Sharon was the Director of Learning Management Strategy & Operations at Bristol Myers Squibb from 2018 to 2022. Sharon also held the position of Director of Clinical Training, Process & Continuous Improvement at the same company from 2018 to 2021.

Before joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Sharon worked at Roche as the Head of Training & Quality Audits from 2011 to 2018. In this role, they managed the GMP Training Group and was responsible for designing and maintaining compliance programs for all RMS sites, along with implementing a risk-based approach to training.
