Lilly Burggraaf

Lilly Burggraaf has over 25 years of work experience in human resources. Lilly has held various roles at different companies, including uniQure, ICON plc, ABN AMRO Bank N.V., Fortis Bank, and Randstad. Their experience includes positions as Vice President Global Human Resources, Senior Director Human Resources, and Global HR Business Partner/Global Senior HR Director. Lilly has also worked as an HR Business Partner at their own company, Lilly Burggraaf HR Services. Lilly has a strong background in HR management and recruitment.

Lilly Burggraaf holds a Drs./Master degree in Public Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam, which they completed from 1987 to 1993. Lilly also obtained a Master of Human Development in Organizations (MHD) from AOG School of Management between 1999 and 2003. In 2014, Lilly completed a diploma in International Business Management from University College Dublin. Lilly has also undergone mediation training at Dialogue BV in 2011 and coaching training at Coach College de Baak (previously known as Europees Instituut in Driebergen) from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, they received a Management Assistant certificate from Schoevers in 1985 to 1986. Lilly completed their secondary education at De Lage Waard in Papendrecht from 1977 to 1983, where they pursued VWO. Lilly attended the open program RSM Executive Education at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2016, specializing in Project Management in Practice. Lilly became a DiSC Certified Trainer at EDN Solutions in Houten, the Netherlands, in 2017. Lilly also completed a Make Strategy Work course at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2018. In terms of additional certifications, Lilly obtained accreditation as an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner from Insights Discovery in 2022. Finally, they became a Confidential Counsellor/Vertrouwenspersoon through training at Landelijk Instituut Vertrouwenspersonen/CRP in May 2021.
