Carlos Naylor, MBA has extensive work experience in operations and logistics management, spanning over 14 years. Carlos'smost recent role is as Senior Director of Operations at UNIS Fulfillment and Transportation, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as Director - East Coast Operations at CEVA Logistics, Senior Director of Operations at Fond du Lac Cold Storage Inc, and Engineering Manager, Logistics at McLane Company, Inc. Carlos has also held various managerial roles at Ingram Micro, Eclipse Advantage, SabeRex: a TyRex Technology Family Company, and DHL. Overall, they have a strong track record of leading teams, managing projects, and delivering results across a range of industries and functional areas.

Carlos Naylor received their Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in 1999 and then obtained their Bachelor of Arts in History from Louisiana Tech University in 1998. Carlos went on to earn a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Our Lady of the Lake University, which they completed in 2004. Additionally, they pursued a Master of Science in Information Systems from Texas A&M University–Central Texas but did not complete the program.
