Kevin Leonard

Kevin Leonard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kevin is currently serving as the Director of Midwest Operations at UNIS Fulfillment and Transportation since March 2022.

Prior to this, Kevin held the position of Terminal Manager at CST (formerly Central States Trucking Co.) from November 2016 to December 2021. In addition, Kevin served in the Illinois Air National Guard as a Training Manager from December 2006 to 2015. Kevin supervised a team responsible for electronic communications, vehicle maintenance, supply, logistics, and training.

Before their military service, Kevin was the Owner of Robert Andrew Builders, LLC from 2001 to 2003. Kevin collaborated with engineers and local governments to obtain permits, estimated and bid construction projects, and coordinated and scheduled employees and subcontractors.

Their earliest work experience in the construction industry was as a Superintendent for New Home Construction at Abigail Homes from 1999 to 2001.
