Rashmi Gaba

Rashmi Gaba, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rashmi began their career in 1992 at BNP Paribas, where they worked as a Senior Executive Officer in HR until 2000. Rashmi then joined GTRAS as a Human Resource Manager from 2007 to 2010. Following that, they worked at Netvision Resources Inc. as a Human Resources Manager for four years. In 2015, they transitioned to Unissant as a Senior Human Resources Manager, and later became the Director of Human Resources in 2016. Throughout their career, Rashmi has demonstrated proficiency and expertise in various HR roles and responsibilities.

Rashmi Gaba, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from the Society for Human Resource Management, obtained in 2011. Rashmi also holds a Diploma in French from Alliance Francaise de Delhi, earned from 1987 to 1991. Furthermore, they have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Delhi University, completed between 1987 and 1990. In addition to these educational achievements, Rashmi Gaba has obtained additional certifications, including the SHRM-CP from SHRM in September 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI in September 2012.
