Client Services Coordinator - Financial Advice at UniSuper

Artemis Carroll has a solid work experience in the financial industry. They started their career in 2010 with BT Financial Group, where they held various roles including Senior Financial Consultant, Customer Manager, and Service Planner. During this time, Artemis gained expertise in triaging clients for suitable financial advice and providing support to existing clients. In 2016, they had a brief secondment as a Team Specialist in Advice Compliance. They then moved to Australian Catholic Superannuation in 2017, where they worked as a Planner Assistant. In this role, Artemis managed workflows for five planners, maintained their diaries, provided training to the support team, and engaged in project work. Currently, Artemis is working as a Client Services Coordinator - Financial Advice at UniSuper, starting in 2022.

Artemis Carroll completed their high school education at De La Salle Cronulla in the year 2003. They subsequently pursued a diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from TAFE NSW between 2007 and 2008. Eventually, Artemis pursued further education in Financial Planning and obtained a Diploma from Kaplan Online, completing their studies in 2014.
