Lead, Lifecycle Marketing Strategy at UniSuper

Candice Rose has an extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Candice currently holds the position of Lead, Lifecycle Marketing Strategy at UniSuper since July 2023. Prior to this, they were the Marketing Retention Lead at UniSuper from August 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining UniSuper, Candice worked at Transform Communications, starting as a Senior Marketing and Communications Consultant from February 2018 to September 2020. Candice then progressed to the role of Associate Principal and eventually became a Principal at Transform Communications from September 2020 to June 2022. Candice'sresponsibilities at Transform Communications included strategic communication planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, CX design, digital marketing, and content marketing.

Candice's earlier experiences include working as a Direct Marketing Specialist at AustSafe Super from April 2016 to February 2018, as a Communications Coordinator at Tattersall's Club from June 2014 to April 2016, and as a PA to QNT Division Manager at Cardno from October 2013 to June 2014.

Additionally, they have also worked as a Business Unit Administrator at Cardno Chenoweth from November 2011 to October 2013, where they were responsible for various marketing tasks, bid coordination, and office management duties. Prior to that, Candice served as an Office Manager at Chenowetth Environmental Planning and Landscape Architecture from October 2009 to November 2011, where they handled office management, marketing, HR, WHS, and general administration.

Throughout their career, Candice Rose has showcased their expertise in strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, marketing, and communications.

Candice Rose has a diverse education history. Candice began their education at Wynnum State High School from 2000 to 2004. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Business degree in Public Relations from APM College of Business and Communication, graduating in 2013.

In 2014, Candice enrolled in CATC Design School, where they obtained a Diploma of Graphic Design in 2017, specializing in the field of Graphic Design. Following their passion for creative writing, they enrolled in the University of Melbourne in 2022 to pursue a Graduate Diploma of Arts in Creative Writing, which they are currently working towards.

In addition to their formal education, Candice has also obtained a certification in Customer Experience Strategy and Design from RMIT Online in July 2020.
