Appointed to the Board as an independent director on 18 April 2013 and elected Chair on 1 July 2017. A former CEO and CIO of BT Financial Group and Global Head of Investment Management of Bankers Trust Corporation. Former Chair of Argo Investments Ltd, Argo Global Listed Infrastructure Limited; and Vice Chairman, Asia Pacific of Berkshire Capital.

Mr. Martin was also a Panel Member of the Superannuation System Review, the Cooper Review and Chairman of the Wayside Chapel Foundation, a position he held from February 2005 until November 2020.
