Nisha Williams Smith

Nisha Williams Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). At Unisys, from March 2017 to January 2022, Nisha served as People Strategy Manager, leading the design and implementation of DEI strategies that align with company objectives. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Human Resources - Special Projects and Strategic Senior Program Manager in HR, focusing on analytics, program management, and process improvement. Nisha also held the position of Strategic Senior Program Manager in HR at DXC Technology and various roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including Business Planning Manager and Learning & Development Specialist. Nisha began a career at EDS as a Resource Manager after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Louisiana Monroe.
