Ruchi Kulhari

Ruchi Kulhari is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Unisys since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ruchi held various senior positions at Coforge, including Chief People Officer, Executive Vice President Human Resources, and Senior Vice President Human Resources from July 2019 to April 2024. Ruchi's career also includes a role as Global Human Resources Business Partner at EXL from October 2016 to July 2019 and a tenure at Infosys, starting as an Infoscion in February 2005 and concluding in October 2016. Ruchi's educational background features a degree in Organizational Change Management and Human Resources Development from Harvard Business School Executive Education (2015), a Master's in Psychology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the Institute for Excellence in Higher Education, Bhopal.
